Maynard Featured In Cuba Trade Magazine
Maynard is featured in the August 2017 edition of Cuba Trade Magazine, which showcases the longstanding Mobile-Cuba connection. Mobile Shareholder Grey Redditt is featured for his role as president of the Society Mobile-La Habana. The group is a 25-year old nonprofit that has helped "forge Mobile-Cuba links from law and diplomacy to historic preservation, business and music." The Society Mobile-La Habana has more than 50 active members who meet monthly. Grey said he joined "because it's fun to be exposed to different cultures, economic systems, and ways of thinking."
Shareholder Alan Enslen, who leads Maynard's International Trade Practice, is also featured. He weighs in on the different aspects of exploring business with and in Cuba. He advises that clients "think long-term on Cuba" and work to build relationships now. "It doesn't happen overnight, and it takes tailoring, so that you are offering something unique," he said.
